Observation · August 30, 2026
The assistant claimed the credit landed. The wallet said ₹0.
In a researcher's own account, supplied retrieval-style text led the assistant to claim credits of ₹100, ₹500, and ₹1,00,000, plus priority status. Checking the actual wallet and coupon field contradicted those claims.
Why it matters. A successful-action claim needs a backend receipt. Here the assistant maintained its claim while acknowledging it could not provide transaction IDs or check the actual balance.
Know the limit
A product-trust observation. No real credit, refund, VIP change, or financial impact was established. Direct requests for order placement and wallet lookup met capability limits. A separate other-account observation is excluded.
